Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. If you live for building teams, and growing businesses you are the right person for the job.

You will be responsible for recruiting the best talent possible for the following areas: Technical, Sales, Creative, Project Management, and Administration. The Talent Acquisition specialist will play a critical role in the growth of ObjectWave.


  • Confer with ObjectWave leadership on specific hiring needs and candidate requirements.
  • Identify and pre-screen candidates that match the job skills and interpersonal skills required for success in a consulting environment.
  • Manage and coordinate candidate interview process.
  • Coordinate and conduct post-interview feedback session with hiring manager or interview teams.
  • Track, monitor, and report on recruiting statistics and results.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system for candidates.
  • Manage offer process and coordinate with hiring manager.
  • Support new hire processing and on-boarding as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships needed for find top talent such as networking through industry contacts, associations, career offices, external recruiting firms, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need through a variety of sourcing/recruiting techniques.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Post opening in a variety of media such as job boards, professional organizations, trade publications, and other appropriate venues.
  • Leverage digital and social media sites to locate qualified candidates.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 3 years professional experience recruiting in a professional services, agency, or technology environment.
  • Successful track record recruiting and filing positions.
  • Effective communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking System, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Self-directed, quick study, and ability to adapt to changing recruiting priorities.
